These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the access to and use of the website novatrixelora.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Novatrixelora S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Novatrixelora", "we" or "the company"), with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires City, Argentina. By accessing and using the Site, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
Novatrixelora operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate projects in Argentina. The Site is informational and promotional in nature. The published information does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice, nor a public offering of securities under the terms of Law No. 26,831 on Capital Markets, unless expressly stated in the documentation of each project.
2. Requirements for use
To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract under Argentine law. By using the Site, you declare that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and complete.
3. Registration and user account
Some Site features may require the creation of a user account. In such cases, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, designs, software and other elements, are the property of Novatrixelora or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties. Investments made through real estate crowdlending platforms involve inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Novatrixelora does not guarantee any specific level of return or the recovery of invested capital. Each investor is responsible for evaluating the risks associated with each project before making an investment decision.
6. Limitation of liability
Novatrixelora shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruption or errors in published information. The Site is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Privacy and personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By using the Site, you accept the practices described in that policy.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Novatrixelora does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
